Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms, although only contained a double bed, were still classified as a Junior Suite and were well cleaned, spacious enough for 4 people, and not cramped. The service was outstanding, with staff being very kind, attentive to our needs, and accommodating. The location, even though pretty remote, was generally good, and I enjoyed the surprise of the large toilet with a separate shower area. The dining experience, only available when the German owner is present, was delicious, although adding Tapa would be a nice touch. The facilities were great and well-maintained.
The hotel boasts spacious and clean rooms with a large balcony overlooking the ocean, even though the tub was not functional. The service was friendly and accommodating, especially from the local staff members. However, the location, while clean, was a bit isolated within a fishing community. The dining was good but limited, mainly served when the owner is present.
Staying at the Yellow House was a delightful experience overall. We loved the picturesque views from our room's patio overlooking the pool, and the big veranda where we could watch the sunset. The rooms were decent and offered great value for the money. The service was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, with every request handled professionally. The location, although remote, offered a unique local experience within a fishing community. The dining experience, especially the Pork Belly, was seriously yummy. The facilities were well-kept and added to our comfortable stay.
The hotel offers decent rooms that are a good value for the money, but the inconvenience of having to go down always to make food orders was a downside. However, the warm and welcoming service from the General Manager and staff added a personal touch to our stay.
